Margo Hayward founded Result Consult in 2021 in order to bring her extensive knowledge gained during her 23 years in technology and SaaS sales to help organisations solve the growth challenges they are facing.

During her career she has worked across FTSE listed businesses, start ups and scale ups helping businesses to grow. Her career has led her to run global sales teams, develop new routes to market, build and launch new propositions, implement high growth customer centric strategies and build high performing accountable teams - that deliver results.
